What is CINGAL®?
CINGAL® is a hyaluronic acid gel containing micronized steroid particles. In patients who are unresponsive to pain medications (or conservative non-pharmacologic therapy), CINGAL® is injected intra-articularly to treat knee pain associated with osteoarthritis (OA). This orthopedic injection is manufactured by Anika Therapeutics, Inc., a Bedford-based pharmaceutical company.
Additionally, Cingal injection stands out by combining a corticosteroid and a hyaluronic acid (HA) formula into a single injection, providing patients with dual benefits. This unique formulation offers immediate and long-term relief by addressing inflammation and improving joint lubrication.
What are the features of CINGAL knee injection?

How does CINGAL® work in knee pain?
